I can't
begin to tell you how many signing agents have already benefited
from the answers in this book.
Before I compiled all the FAQs in one place, I was
answering some of the same questions over and over. I would get a
few unique situations from time to time but basically, I've had a
notary/signing agent ask each and every question found in this book
at one time or another.
For those that do not have experience working with loan document
agencies, I strongly suggest getting advanced training. I offer a
