Request that the document be sent to you (via fax or by mail) for you to review the document to ensure that a seal was missed. An affidavit can be signed to correct this omission, client will provide the affidavit.

Once a document is signed and sealed, if an element is left out of the notarial certificate, you cannot go back and "fix it".
