If a lender sends a Loan Document Signing Agent a digital document via e-mail, the Loan Document Signing Agent is responsible for printing out the documents and carrying them to the signing.

If you do receive documents electronically, then it is your responsibility to produce a copy set for the borrower and the correct number of Rights to Cancel.
